辅助触头:与断路器主电路分、合机构机械上连动的触头,主要用于断路器分、合状态的显示,接在断路器的

控制电路中通过断路器的分合,对其相关电器实施控制或联锁。例如向信号灯、继电器等输出信号。塑壳断路

器壳架等级额定电流100A为单断点转换触头,225A及以上为桥式触头结构,约定发热电流为3A壳架等级额定

电流400A及以上可装两常开、两常闭,约定发热电流为6A。操作能次数与断路器的操作能总次数相同

触头:用于断路器事故的触头,且此触头只有当断路器脱扣分断后才动作,主要用于断路器的负载出

现过载短路或欠电压等故障时而自由脱扣,触头从原来的常开位置转换成闭合位置,接通辅助线路中的指

示灯或电铃、蜂鸣器等,显示或提酲断路器的故障脱扣状态。由于断路器发生因负载故障而自由脱扣的机率不

太多,因而触头的寿命是断路器寿命的1/10。触头的工作电流一般不会1A

分励脱扣器:分励脱扣器是一种用电压源激励的脱扣器,它的电压与主电路电压无关。分励脱扣器是一种远距

离操纵分闸的附件。当电源电压等于额定控制电源电压的70%-110%之间的任一电压时,就能可靠的分断断

路器。分励脱扣器是短时工作制,线圈通电时间一般不能15,否则线就会被烧毁。塑壳断路器为防止线圈烧

毁,在分励脱扣线圈串联一个微动开关,当分励脱扣器通过衔铁吸合,微动开关从常闭状态转换成常开,由于

分励脱扣器电源的控制线路被切断,即使人为的按住按钮,分励线圈始终不会再通电这就避免了线圈燒损情况

的产生。当断路器再扣合闸后,微动开关重新处于常闭位置

欠电压脱扣器:欠电压脱扣器是在它的端电压降至某一规定范围时,使断路器有延时或无延时断开的一种脱扣

器,当电源电压下降(甚至緩慢下降)到额定工作电压的70%至35%范围内,欠电压脱扣器应运作,欠

在电源电压等于脱扣器额定工作电压的35%时,欠电压脱扣器应能防止断路器闭合;电源电压等于或大于85%欠

电压脱扣器的额定工作电压时,在热态条件下,应能保证断路器可靠闭合。因此,当受保护电路中电源电压发

生一定的电压降时,能自动断开断路器切断电源,使该断路器以下的负载电器或电气设备免受欠电压的损坏

使用时,欠电压脱扣器线圈接在断路器电源侧,欠电压脱扣器通电后,断路器才能合闸
